As CFO and Board Member at Bushveld Minerals, Tanya implemented governance frameworks that helped transition the business into a mature, operational company. 

She also arranged $65 million debt funding during covid, subsequently restructured medium term debt, securing $8 million in bridging finance to stabilise the balance sheet as well as implemented $2.8 million operational cost saving. Beyond finance, Tanya took on broader operational responsibilities including IT and HR, bringing structure  to the organisation.
